Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business in the mining-related chemicals sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the fertilizer calcium carbonate and cement industries.
Identify customer needs and provide technical and commercial solutions tailored to their processes.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized chemical formulations when needed.
Conduct site visits technical presentations product demonstrations and trials with clients.
Prepare and negotiate proposals contracts and quotations.
Stay updated on market trends competitors and customer activity.
Report regularly on sales performance forecasts and business development activities.
Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry or related field.
5 years of experience in industrial chemical sales preferably in fertilizers mining cement or calcium carbonate sectors.
Strong knowledge of chemical applications in mining and mineral processing.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
