Job Purpose/Role Description:
Are you a natural connector with a passion for uncovering opportunities and sparking business conversations As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at MASS Analytics youll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads reaching out to potential clients and building relationships that drive our sales growth. If you thrive in fast-paced environments understand B2B sales dynamics and love opening doors to new possibilities this role is for you!
What Youll Do:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities via cold calling email outreach social media and networking events
- Research and identify potential clients across industries verticals and regions
- Conduct needs assessments to understand business challenges and objectives
- Qualify leads based on alignment with our ideal customer profile
- Schedule and coordinate meetings demos and presentations for the sales team
- Keep all activities and interactions updated in the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
- Stay informed on industry trends B2B sales methodologies and emerging best practices
- Participate in ongoing training sessions workshops and self-learning initiatives

What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes lead generation technics and sales methodologies.
- Curiosity or foundational knowledge in analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a sense of urgency to achieve goals and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies and techniques.
- Outstanding written and oral ability in English.
- Adherence to and clear implementation of information security standards is essential and required for this role
