You are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders communicating effectively
- Serve meals and drinks promptly ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards
- Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various services or events
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
- Adapt to changing needs during busy periods maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
