Job Summary:
Our client a diversified retail group in Beirut is looking to hire a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Retail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing in Retail with a focus on social media email marketing and SEO. This is a fulltime permanent position based in Beirut.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website
Manage and create content for our social media channels including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter
Monitor and analyze social media performance and make recommendations for improvement
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage and retain our audience
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Work closely with the different line of businesses to understand their needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract top talent
Track and report on key metrics and provide insights to improve our digital marketing efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing in the retail industry
Strong understanding of social media platforms email marketing and SEO
Experience with marketing automation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
