Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of empathy and courtesy.
provide accurate information about products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up on open cases to ensure closure.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex or escalated issues.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback contributing to continuous service improvement.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Communication or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service or support roles (minimum 1 2 years preferred).
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English both verbal and written.
Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a highvolume environment.
A positive cando attitude and a passion for helping others.
