الوصف الوظيفي
Respond to user inquiries via phone email or ticketing system in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac operating systems Microsoft Office printers email and other standard business software.
Install configure and maintain computer hardware and software.
Support user account creation password resets and access permissions (Active Directory Office 365 etc.).
Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and solutions.
Escalate complex issues to higherlevel IT staff as needed.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Participate in IT projects and routine system maintenance.
Requirements
Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
6 months to 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
