Were looking for a handson R&D Technical Leader with a passion for designing and building complex software systems. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and leadership driving forward both the codebase and the architecture behind it.
As part of your role you will:
- Lead the technical roadmap for critical components and systems
- Take ownership of complex features from architecture to production
- Define and enforce high coding standards and best practices
- Identify system limitations and performance bottlenecks and propose effective solutions
- Collaborate with Product QA and DevOps to ensure quality speed and stability
- Guide and mentor developers fostering a strong engineering culture
You should bring with you:
- . in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of handson software development experience
- Strong background in C or C# development
- Deep understanding of system architecture performance tuning multithreading and memory management
- Experience designing and implementing scalable modular systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with Python or Go
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Background in video technologies realtime systems or computer vision
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading small teams
