We are currently looking Project Manager for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as PM in a bank.
- Expertise in project implementation/full project lifecycle.
- Implemented projects on Core banking Payments Cards RPA BPM etc.
- Wellversed on Waterfall and Agile project implementation methodology
- Solid experience of process mapping/process reengineering
- Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis
- Change Management Methodology proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies
- Operational or change experience in the asset management industry
- Proven stakeholder management skills including the ability to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Change Management Implementation Being involved in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing coordination test planning and execution
- Strong academic record coupled to good problemsolving skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
- English/Arabic speaker
