We are seeking a dynamic and professional Administration Assistant & Receptionist to manage frontdesk operations and provide administrative support at our clients dental clinic. This dual role is vital in ensuring excellent patient service and smooth daytoday clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients while also handling key administrative tasks to support the dental team.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive at the clinic.
- Manage appointment scheduling confirmations cancellations and reminders.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about clinic services and appointment availability.
- Guide patients through registration intake forms and insurance verification.
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate patient records both digitally and in physical files.
- Assist with billing invoicing and processing of insurance claims and payments.
- Monitor and manage clinic supplies equipment inventory and order replenishment.
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly administrative reports as required.
- Coordinate internal communications and support clinic staff scheduling.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration Office Management or a related field; healthcare or dental administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Strong computer skills and experience with clinic management or scheduling software.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask work independently and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
