We are seeking a highly experienced and detailoriented Site Quantity Surveyor and Cost Control Engineer to join our dynamic project management team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in quantity surveying cost planning and site engineering with proven experience in mega infrastructure and fitout projects.
Qualifications :
Required Education:
University Degree in Civil Engineering
Masters is a plus
Required Experience & Certificates:
7 years of experience in QS and cost control position site experience 2 years.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office MS Project AutoCAD Civil 3D Revit Primavera P6.
Strong knowledge of construction project management formwork and fitout works.
Advanced communication coordination and documentation skills.
Languages: Arabic English French. Spanish is a plus.
Tasks and Duties:
Perform project quantity takeoffs BOQs and cost estimates.
Control and monitor project budgets expenditure and cost variations in coordination with site and planning teams.
Prepare payment applications progress reports and contractual documentation.
Support the negotiation and evaluation of supplier/subcontractor contracts and claims.
Track and manage project timelines ensuring alignment with financial goals and delivery schedules.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams (Civil MEP Landscape etc.) to ensure cost efficiency and quality control.
Provide detailed cost analysis and risk assessments for key project milestones.
Participate in client meetings provide technical support and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
