The National Bank of Iraq is looking for a qualified IT Help Desk & User Access Lead Associate to provide essential firstline support for users and manage access to IT systems and services. This role is critical in maintaining the smooth functioning of our technological infrastructure and ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and service requests providing direct phone support for technical issues related to devices software and user access.
- Ensure that service requests from different departments align with the banks operational standards and requirements.
- Assist in executing emergency response plans and prepare comprehensive reports for relevant stakeholders when required.
- Review service documentation performance agreements and incident management protocols to ensure compliance with service levels.
- Monitor system performance identify faults and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain effective communication with the IT department and business units to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 13 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Required Knowledge:
- Familiarity with regulations and guidelines of the Central Bank of Iraq and other relevant authorities.
- Proficiency with IT equipment systems and server management.
- Indepth understanding of IT service management practices incident response and user access control.
- Expertise in operating systems configuration management and security protocols.
- Strong technical documentation and reportwriting skills.
