Job Description:
This position will provide support to end users on a variety of IT issues. Identifies research and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within a particular support field. An ideal candidate would have previous IT Help Desk experience. Candidate should have approximately6mo - 1 year of experience in an IT customer service field or in a customer support related area. Has knowledge of commonly used IT concepts practices and procedures. The IT Help Desk I position relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
