Work with the Business Development team to establish and develop relationships with key accounts to identify and secure additional profitable for all operations & sales generation activities of the Industrial Catering Division including identifying with clients and projects lobbying and ensuring that the Industrial Catering Division is prequalified/short listed with target clients/consultants / general contractors.
To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of catering & designated services to the client organization in accordance with agreement of the contract.
To deliver the highest quality & standard of food with the resources available and within budget.
Establish & maintain a suitable network of communication between office/employees/clients/customers.
Establish & update sanitation standard operations procedures to meet operating requirements.
Effective management of the team to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results managing more than 50 team members.
Assist in the preparation of the PreTender Analysis BID Proposal and its discussion by Industrial Catering Division Management in order to evaluate how to manage SOIs and RFQs.
Follow up on the submitted tenders and supports Industrial Catering Division Manager Industrial Catering operations Manager and the Estimation Unit Head in commercial discussions with clients for closing deals.
Accountable for documenting all sales activities at the Industrial Catering including client and RFQ databases.
Developing and institutionalising the Industrial Catering Division s business development expertise knowhow control mechanism and capabilities.
Monitor the developments and news related to our company business and competitor report all with suggestions to CEO and management.
Suggest and recommend better plans to CEO
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Bachelor s degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 15 experience at the same field for industrial catering
