We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing and ECommerce Manager to join our dynamic team Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive ecommerce growth and enhance our online presence.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility traffic and sales
- Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms to enhance user experience and conversion rates
- Plan and implement SEO/SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic
- Create and oversee social media marketing initiatives across various platforms
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies to engage and retain customers
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track analyze and report on key performance metrics
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and ecommerce best practices
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
- Optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to improve customer engagement and retention
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing and ecommerce
- Proven track record of successful online marketing campaigns and ecommerce growth
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM social media content marketing and email marketing
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics and data analysis
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Google Analytics certification preferred
- Additional digital marketing certifications (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
- Indepth understanding of ecommerce trends best practices and consumer behavior in online shopping
