At Zetta We are looking for a detailoriented and customerfocused Product Owner to steer custom software development projects. The Product Owner will be responsible for aligning project outputs with business requirements and customer needs facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure effective delivery of software solutions.
Manage the product backlog ensuring that user stories are clearly written and prioritized based on stakeholder needs and project goals.
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Facilitate collaboration among crossfunctional teams including developers designers and QA analysts to ensure cohesive and efficient project .
Serve as the primary communication link between the development team and external stakeholders ensuring all parties are aligned on project status and expectations.
Conduct market research and gather user feedback to keep the project aligned with customer demands and market trends.
Coordinate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning reviews and retrospectives driving the agile process and ensuring continuous improvement.
Validate completed user stories against acceptance criteria to ensure the delivered solutions meet the required quality and functionality.
Monitor project progress adapting plans as necessary to address any issues or changes in scope and reporting on these adjustments to all stakeholders.
Ensure all deliverables comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Assist in creating wireframes and product designs to improve user interaction with the product.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation to ensure clarity and continuity throughout the project lifecycle.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business Administration Information Systems or related field.
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven track record as a Product Owner or similar role within software development projects.
Strong grasp of Agile Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Solid analytical skills and a problemsolving mindset focused on delivering solutions that address customer needs.
Proficient with product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Experienced with implementing Scrum methodologies and managing sprints.
Experience with UI/UX design and product design is highly valued.
A Product Owner certification is preferred.
