What youre applying for
Be the visual force behind Mixtiles email marketing. As our Lifecycle Marketing Designer youll own the look and feel of every message we sendbringing ideas to life through clear compelling visuals. Youll work closely with our copywriter and creative team to craft highperforming emotionally resonant campaigns that reach millions. This role has real visibility and impact with the potential to take on more creative leadership as we grow.

Design every lifecycle email to communicate ideas with clarity and emotion.
Collaborate with our copywriter to craft storytelling campaigns that convert.
Concept and create original images when needed to support the message.
Bring our product linephoto tiles books and artto life with clarity and impact.
Track performance and use insights to improve engagement and design effectiveness.
What were looking for:
23 years of marketing design experience.
Portfolio that shows clear personal and highperforming marketing designs.
Strong design skills with tools like Figma and Photoshop.
Bonus: Experience implementing with Klaviyo.
