Educated Households is a highertier household staff agency based in London placing lite educated private staff with VIP & UHNW families in the Middle East and worldwide: .
On behalf of our prestigious Clients based out in Qatar we are seeking an exceptionallytalented Private Chef specialised in Arabic Classics with a highend hospitality background having honed their skills at goto 5star or 7star eateries who will be in charge of making supremelypalatable dishes from scratch deeply rooted into the Arabic tradition for a VVIP Principal in Doha Qatar.
The Private Chef will report to the Executive Chef and to any representatives handpicked by the Principal.
The Private Chef has to have an undeniable passion for Arabic dishes and culinary craftsmanship. The Private Chefs exemplary cooking must showcase a global tour of exquisite Arabic Classics such as Lebanese & Syrian cuisines as well as musthave Qatari specialities and many more Arabicinspired dishes known worldwide.
It would be advantageous for this Private Chef to come along their own SousChefs & brigade as long as the latter has proven superior experience in curating succulent Arabic dishes for VIP & UHNW families with prior experience gained within highend hospitality. The Private Chef who will supervise this culinary team will gear the whole team into offering lacarte menus & yet will not be fazed by impromptu meal requests.
The Chef and the brigade required must have an exceptional eye for detail for all things within the remit of Arabic Classics will have to both hold onto the Arabic tradition when it comes to crafting dishes but will also have to be supremely creative.
The individual(s) sought have to be able to create menus that will marry familys favourites whilst crafting childfriendly dishes that will make a longlasting memorable dining experience to adults children and to formal & informal guests.
At times the whole culinary team will have the ability to get involved in alfresco dining depending on the venue bearing in mind that menus might be served on any of the properties owned by the family.
Throughout the tenure of this role the ultimate Private Chef will have a definite input in the Arabicled culinary affairs (often in a fastpaced environment) must be able to optimally supervise the kitchen staff under their responsibility whilst being adequately adept at motivating them training the staff under their supervision into abiding by the professions safety and hygienic standards.
Adhering to confidentiality is nonnegotiable in this role as the Principals do value their privacy.

Requirements
- Experience with UHNW and VVIP Principals.
- Experience reporting to Executive Chefs or Head Chefs in highend hospitality.
- Outstanding culinary expertise in Arabic Classics.
- Strictly adhering to all kitchens protocols.
- If need be writing and implementing SOP Manuals (Standard Operational Procedures) for Arabic Classics and specialities.
- Delivering culinary craftsmanship and ultimate efficiency.
- Experience in leading teams specialised in Lebanese Syrian Qatari and in any other Arabic food.
- Seamlessly leading a culturallydiverse kitchen team.
- Checking food operations in their department.
- Checking inventories.
- Promoting an orderly and hygienic kitchen.
- Rolling out new Arabicdriven culinary experiences for the Principal(s) & the children.
- Maximising guest experience.
Skills Required
- A minimum of 5 years experience in this role.
- Teaching culinary skills and mentorship experience.
- Culturally aware.
- An eye for detail being meticulous and highly organised.
- Diplomatic skills.
- Excellent communicator.
- Approachable & supportive.
- Not being fazed by lastminute arrangements.
- Acting graciously under pressure.
- Experience executing and delivering topofthecrust service to VIP & UHNW stakeholders.
