1EM6215 Technical Project Manager

Giza Egypt (EG)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team at SEITech Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development project management and automotive systems. You will be responsible for leading crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions for automotive applications ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
  • Establishes and monitors a R&D schedule aligned with the customer Internal milestones and the R&D Team.
  • Monitor and track project progress ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Defines the content of Releases (internal and to the customer) and drives the release process.
  • Manage risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Handles issues raised during the project R&D phase.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers internal teams and external partners.
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensures smooth communication between the R&D Team and customer.
  • Drives the requirement management process for the customer project and ensures that Customer requirements are mapped to correct Features.
  • Breaks down the customerrequired functionality using a functional decomposition into tasks for individual System engineers.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
  • Collaborate with software engineers system architects and QA teams to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable software solutions.
  • Stay uptoupdated on industry trends emerging technologies and automotive standards (e.g. AUTOSAR ISO 26262.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including software development hardware engineering and testing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and processes.
  • Oversee testing and validation activities to ensure the software meets functional and safety requirements.
  • Includes Functional Safety aspects in all R&D activities according to the safety plan.
  • Owns the change management process and manages the implementation of the change following the decision of the CCB.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure costeffective delivery.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Electrical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in project management preferably in the automotive software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex software projects from concept to delivery.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 suppliers or OEMs is a plus.
  • Experience with Radar Products development is highly recommended.
  • Experience at Customer and System Requirements handling is mandatory.
  • Cross functional teams technical knowledge is needed (HW & Mechanical).
  • Strong understanding of automotive software development processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with automotive standards such as AUTOSAR ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems realtime operating systems (RTOS) and vehicle communication protocols (e.g. CAN LIN Ethernet).
  • Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
  • Agile/Scrum certification.
