A Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant provides expert advice and support to clients on the use and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. They work closely with clients to understand their technical needs design and implement solutions and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities
Design and Implement Solutions: Create and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
Gather Requirements: Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop Customizations: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to align with clientspecific needs.
Integrate Systems: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and thirdparty applications.
Provide Support: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 solutions.
Performance Tuning: Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Dynamics 365 environments.
Technical Documentation: Create technical documentation and user manuals.
Training: Train endusers and provide technical support as needed.
Collaborate: Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver project milestones.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Skills: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and customization capabilities experience with integrations and data migration familiarity with Azure cloud services excellent problemsolving and analytical skills strong communication and interpersonal skills ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
Certifications (MUST HAVE): Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Desired Skills
Proficiency in C# SQL Azure Power Platform and JavaScript.
Experience with data migration and system integration.
Ability to conduct performance tuning and optimization.
Strong technical documentation skills.
