We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our HR services to both BusinesstoBusiness (B2B) and BusinesstoGovernment (B2G) clients. Strong marketing sales and negotiation skills are essential to successfully convince new clients to subscribe or purchase our HR services in the market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential B2B and B2G clients in the market who could benefit from our HR services.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting cold calling networking and leveraging existing contacts.
- Conduct indepth needs analysis to understand the specific requirements and challenges of each client.
- Present and demonstrate our HR services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner highlighting the unique value proposition and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and quotations tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure winwin outcomes and maximize sales revenue.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies campaigns and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and market feedback to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B and B2G sales preferably in selling HR services or related solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes practices and trends.
- Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Selfmotivated proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
