Manage the selection of materials sanitary lighting and all equipment needed for a project
Manage furniture selection accessories and decorative lighting selections with the required specs .
and material mood boards .
Collaborate with design teams to ensure project alignment with client vision.
Conduct market research to source highquality materials and products.
Maintain project timelines and budgets efficiently.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design experience sourcing materials and selecting highquality furnishings and finishes.
- Responsibilities include procurement vendor coordination budgeting and ensuring all selections align with project aesthetics and functionality.
- Bachelors degree in interior design Architecture or related field.
- 35 years of experience in FF&E .
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Photoshop InDesign AutoCAD SketchUp Microsoft) is a must.
