سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيUnder the supervision of the Support Services Supervisor coordinates dispatches and schedules patient transport messenger and Laundry Services.
Responsible for coordinating and dispatching all patient transport requests by prioritizing by importance and urgency in the most efficient manner. Up to 150 requests per day.
Responsible for obtaining shift coverage when sick calls occur.
Maintains departmental records log sheets daily attendance sheets etc.
Helps resolve problems on the patient units and reports all unusual situations to the supervisor/manager.
Prepares report at the end of each shift outlining any problems and action taken.
Available to rotate shifts and work holidays when necessary
May supervise up to 10 FTEs.
Skills Required: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.Ability to withstand the pressures of continual deadlines and receipt of work with variable requirements. Ability to work independently. Ability to work as a team player. Ability to concentrate and maintain accuracy in spite of frequent interruptions. Ability to be courteous tactful and cooperative throughout the working day. Computer knowledge ability to quickly gain competency in various software applications including hospital specific software applications.
Experience Requirement: One year Supervisory experience preferred
Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
