These individuals handle financial analysis budgeting forecasting and risk management.Those in accounting at PwC will focus on managing financial records analysing data and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. You will play a crucial role in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decisionmaking.
About PwC ETIC Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre
PwC opened a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo that delivers high quality technology solutions to consulting Clients across the globe. The Centre provides a broad suite of skills and services to our clients ranging from Packaged Applications such as SAP & Oracle to Cybersecurity Data Analytics Custom Development and Cloud services utilising AWS Azure and Google as well as expanding our existing Managed Services capabilities.
The centre is looking to expand rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic selfstarters with a passion for technology and client delivery to help shape and form this new venture.
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual who is fluent in German and possesses a strong background in finance and/or accounting. The ideal candidate will join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to our overall success.
Job Description
As a Finance Senior Associate you will play a key role in the following areas:
Managing accounts receivable & Payable using time logging system and Sage
Carry out billing collection and reporting activities according
Interpretation and reporting of the monthly financial results; recommending actions
Job code creation on time logging system
Tracking timesheets submission
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Bank account reconciliations
Performing account reconciliations
Running reports / data sharing
Support month end and year end processes
Support cash flow forecasting
Support budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
Proven experience in finance and/or accounting roles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
