Mixtiles is looking for aVP of Marketing / CMOto lead our marketing strategy and team as we scale from$200M to $1B. This is a critical leadership role responsible fordriving profitable growth strengthening our brand and telling a story thats uniquely ours. The goal: Build a worldclass marketing engine that fuels our next stage of growth. Each of our productsMixtiles easyplant Around and Oasisis at a different stage of growth and your job is tohelp each one reach its full potential. That meansscaling what works broadening our audience and sharpening our messaging. We need marketing that isclear compelling and drives real business impact.
In this role you will
- Drive revenue growthown the marketing strategy that scales Mixtiles from$200M to $1B.
- Shift the marketing team into a new gearas our products hit the$100Mmark optimizing how we reach new customers and engage existing ones.
- Craft a unique brand narrativehelp Mixtiles stand out and build an emotional connection with customers.
- Simplify and sharpen messagingensure our value propositions are clear compelling and easy to understand.
- Lead new product storytellingespecially as we launch Oasis and continue evolving our portfolio.
- Optimize and broaden growth channelsfind inefficiencies expand into new opportunities and refine creative .
- Shape the future of our brand structureexplore the best way to unify and strengthen our portfolio.
