As a VP of Product for Pubs Products in the Publisher Product Department in our Tel Aviv Office youll play a vital role in defining and executing Taboolas product strategy and vision for both Publishers Products and Taboola Supply. In this role you will pioneer an innovative AIpowered strategy that leverages our network advantage to deliver unparalleled performance advertising solutions while strengthening our strategic longstanding publisher relationships in a competitive evolving digital media landscape.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Tech

To thrive in this role youll need:

Proven Product Leadership
10 years of product management experience in digital publishing ad tech or media industries with a demonstrable track record of launching and scaling innovative products that drive both publisher traffic and monetization. The scope of the work is both inbound as well as outbound. We expect this person to have experience in gotomarket at scale. We also expect a lot of experience working internally with the business. Deep Industry Expertise:Extensive understanding of publishers business models and challengesincluding shifting content consumption habitsand a passion for empowering publishers to maintain highquality content while effectively monetizing their digital assets.

Innovative & Strategic Vision:Ability to craft and execute a bold product vision that leverages advanced AI and generative AI (genAI) technologies to create differentiated datadriven solutions. Experience in designing personalized recommendation systems content management tools and monetization platforms is highly desirableTechnical & DataDriven Acumen:Proficiency with modern product analytics A/B testing and user data interpretation to inform strategic decisions. Familiarity with firstparty data integration and largescale digital platform operations is essential.CrossFunctional Leadership:Exceptional skills in leading diverse crossdisciplinary teamsincluding engineering data science design and sales/marketingto deliver complex products in fastpaced evolving environments.CustomerCentric Mindset:A deep understanding of what publishers care aboutspecifically driving traffic and optimizing revenue streams. Demonstrated ability to translate publisher needs into innovative product features (e.g. enhancing products like Taboola Feed Newsroom Backstage and monetization solutions) that resonate with both publishers and advertisers.DualSided Marketplace Expertise (an advantage):Proven experience in managing and innovating within a dualsided marketplace. Leverage Taboolas unique proprietary network of both publishers and advertisers to build performance advertising solutions that not only drive measurable outcomes for advertisers but also nurture our strategic longterm relationships with publishersour most distinct competitive assetCreative Problem Solving:A highly creative and entrepreneurial approach to tackling the challenges inherent in a rapidly transforming media landscape ensuring that new products not only meet current demands but also anticipate future trends in content consumption and monetization

  • Team Leadership: Lead mentor and inspire a team of product managers and product analysts fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Product Prioritization: Oversee the product prioritization process and make datadriven decisions to focus on the most critical projects.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work in close partnership with engineering sales marketing and research teams to drive successful product development and launches.
  • CustomerCentric Approach: Engage with gotomarket and customerfacing teams to gather insights and feedback on customer needs.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to continuously inform product strategy.
  • Executive Contribution: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the Senior Executive Team contributing to the overall product vision and longterm business success.
