Manager Talent Acquisition-Israel Global Tech

As a Manager Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team in our Tel Aviv Office youll play a vital role in leading our recruitment efforts in Israel and for our Global Tech organization. Youll manage a team of TA Partners in Israel and collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the company. This is a key role within our Global HR team reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.

To thrive in this role youll need:

• At least 57 years of experience in E2E recruitment from global tech companies
• At least 35 years experience in managing a Talent Acquisition team
• Proven experience in a fastgrowing and global organization
• Strong understanding of the tech industry and current talent landscape: This includes knowledge of emerging technologies indemand skills and competitive compensation trends
• A datadriven approach to optimizing and improving the recruitment process with the ability to analyze talent acquisition data and provide key insights and recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers candidates and HR partner
• Experience with various sourcing strategies and recruitment tools: Familiarity with a variety of sourcing channels (e.g. LinkedIn Github Stack Overflow) and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• A creative resourceful and problem solver to the business
• An ability to influence and secure buy in for Talent led initiatives
• Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams
• Adaptability and resilience: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges
• Growth mindset: A desire to continuously learn and develop new skills and knowledge in the field of talent acquisition
• High level of English written and verbal
