We are looking for Office Manager who wants to accelerate their careers in hitech and make an immediate impact on our Team. As Office Manager youll work closely with the Founding team and our HR Finance and Sales managers and be instrumental in ensuring that our office runs smoothly. From managing all office logistics to scheduling and organizing meetings and providing essential administrative support planning and of the companys wellbeing activities..

ProfiSea Labs an innovative FinOps and DevOps startup brings to market a next generation AIBased multicloud management platform to visualize cloud assets maximize cloud utilization reduce inefficient storage and lower cloudcomputing spending in keeping with business goals.

We aim to transform the cloud industry making it equally accessible to small medium and large size companies to boost their growth and development.

ProfiSea Labs empowers users to take full advantage of their cloud investments. With us managing cloud environments has never been easier.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage daytoday office operations including ordering supplies and equipment and maintaining an organized work environment.
  • Take an active part in the planning and of the companys wellbeing activities.
  • Arrange and prepare for meetings including booking venues organizing logistics and distributing relevant materials.
  • Make travel arrangements for the team including booking flights accommodations and transportation.
  • In charge of invoice and payments to suppliers working closely with accounting group
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the CEO in special projects and initiatives taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring their timely completion.
  • Represent ProfiSea with integrity and professionalism.

About You:

  • Highly serviceoriented creative forwardthinking resourceful solutionsoriented
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
  • High attention to details.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools Word Excel Power Point Microsoft Outlook SharePoint
  • Previous experience as an officemanager experience in a startup environment an advantage
