Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients a leading company specializing in security solutions and products located in 10th of Ramadan City.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Oracle EBS Application Developer to be part of our dynamic team providing essential support and contributing to the success of our organizations enterprise systems. This role blends technical prowess with strategic insight ensuring the efficient development implementation and maintenance of Oracle EBusiness Suite applications.
Primary Responsibilities
Development and Customisation
- Design develop and customise Oracle EBS applications to meet business needs.
- Create technical specifications and document development processes.
- Ensure alignment with Oracle best practices and organisational standards.
System Integration and Testing
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate Oracle EBS with other systems.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure systems operate seamlessly postimplementation.
- Identify and resolve issues optimising system performance and reliability.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide expertlevel support for Oracle EBS applications resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Liaise with IT teams and endusers to troubleshoot and eliminate application challenges.
- Maintain system documentation and update training materials as needed.
Continuous Improvement and Strategy
- Evaluate and implement innovative solutions to meet current and future business needs.
- Contribute to strategic discussions to enhance the capability and efficiency of Oracle EBS.
- Advise on emerging Oracle technologies and trends fostering continual improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS application development.
- Proven expertise in PL/SQL Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and customer focus with the capability to lead and work collaboratively.
- Ability to adapt and flourish in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in creative and critical thinking ensuring optimal decisionmaking.
