As a managed service delivery generalist at PwC you will execute outsourced processes such as client and customer interaction; data review enrichment and processing; implementing and monitoring quality controls; and resolving escalations and queries.

Job Summary:

What does this role aim to achieve in the firm/what impact does the role create

The MI/Reporting Lead is responsible for overseeing the development implementation and management of management information systems and reporting frameworks that provide accurate and timely business insights.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of data management and reporting tools. The MI/Reporting Lead will collaborate with crossfunctional teams within Managed Services to gather requirements design reports and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily tasks and delivery expectation

Management Information (MI) Systems:

  • Lead the design development and maintenance of MI systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the managed services business.

  • Oversee the collection storage and analysis of business data to provide meaningful insights.

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data across all reporting systems.

  • Enable effective integration of Managed Services MI with the broader firms systems

Reporting:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive reporting framework that includes dashboards regular reports and adhoc analyses.

  • Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to meet business requirements.

Data Analysis:

  • Conduct indepth analysis of business data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.

  • Support decisionmaking processes by providing datadriven insights and recommendations.

  • Work closely with key Managed Services stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored reporting solutions.

Team Leadership:

  • Capacity to work in a lean structure and grow a team

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging innovation in data management and reporting processes.

  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data infrastructure supports business needs.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Liaise with senior management and other stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure all reporting processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain data security and confidentiality in all reporting activities.

Expected Skills:

Specific learned abilities or technical skills

  • Proven experience in business intelligence Power BI modeling and maintenance and other reporting tools such as SQL MS Office or similar.

  • Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and technical teams

  • Familiarity with data modeling and planning tools

  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
