Your role in building Tipaltis design system
As the Design System PM youll play a critical role in shaping the future of Tipaltis platform. Youll partner with our frontend infrastructure team experience design team and development teams to build and scale a robust design system that supports our global product suite.
In this role youll be responsible for
- Working closely with the InfrastructureFrontend team to develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring alignment between design and engineering.
- Collecting prioritizing and managing requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Partnering with designers and engineers to introduce innovative solutions that improve design consistency and developer productivity.
- Gathering insights from internal users and external customers ensuring the design system evolves to meet current and future needs.
- Managing the roadmap for the design system balancing immediate needs with longterm goals.
- Promoting awareness and adoption of the design system across the organization providing guidance and documentation to stakeholders.
What were looking for:
- 3 years of handson product management experience preferably with design systems or developer tooling.
- Experience working with frontend developers and a solid understanding of web technologies (e.g. React CSS frameworks design tokens).
- Proven ability to work with crossfunctional teams including design engineering and other product managers.
- Ability to deeply understand user needs and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
