Sales Associate General Description: .

The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling and promoting our products, acquiring new clients and retaining our existing customers through providing an outstanding customer service at all times. .

The Sales Associate will also represent our reputable company and help increase brand awareness. Job Responsibilities: .

Provide a friendly customer service, greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining high standards in the service provided while showing a solid product knowledge and expertise .

Ensure that our customers are satisfied by following our standards and customer service best practice .

Achieve and exceed sales targets .

Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements .

Build relations with customers and help build the database .

Use effective sales tools to persuade the customer and secure the sale .

Communicate customers’ requests, recommendations, suggestions and remarks to management .

Monitor competition and market fluctuations .

Participate to sales events when needed such as fairs and exhibitions .

Provide excellent customer service in order to maximize potential sales .

Process till transactions quickly and accurately .

Advise customers on latest trends .

Be able to turn customer service into sales .

Actively seek to maintain and improve store standards on selling floor, service areas and stockrooms .

Fully follow operating procedures, and provide customers with complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience to maximize sales .

Seek to optimize store standards in both front of house & rear of house in order to maximize turnover .

Process deliveries & stock transfers in an efficient manner in line with Company Procedures. .

Keep up to date with all available brand specific product knowledge.
