Accounting Manager

Job Description

• Financial Functions:
• Prepare Master and Departmental Budget and Business Plan including Capital Budget and Cash Budget.
• Prepare Periodical Financial Statements.
• Prepare Financial Analysis & Reports.
• Manage Automation & financial software of accounting department.
• Document Control for accounting works.
• Prepare regular cash flow projections and reports to monitor cash flow.
• Control Credit facilities and accounts aging
• Implements Companies price list and allowable discounts to ensure compliance with company pricing and credit policies.
• Treasury & Bank Credit Facilities: Maintain relation ships with Banks and control bank accounts & reconciliations
• Accounting Functions:
• Review and supervise chart of accounts and accounting system to ensure the following:
• Receivables Management
• Manage Payables
• Review Costing System
• Develop standard budget forecast
• Inventory Control
• Fixed Assets registry
• Payroll Management
• Taxes: Implement all taxation Requirements

Job Requirements

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
