Regional Sales Manager (FMCG - Food) - GT

• Must have handled a minimum of 25 to 30 crore per month Business volume in the present organization
• Maintaining and increasing sales of companys products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for the area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
• Servicing the needs of existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
• Recruiting and training sales staff
• Allocating areas to sales representatives
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Monitoring your teams performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compiling and analysing sales figures
• Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Must be currently working in FMCG - Food
• Current / Last Job must be in Bangalore
