Operate as the point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Act as a consultant by developing relationships with key customer client and executive sponsors
Ensure successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives on time
Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives for both internal and external clients
Communicate with the other sales personnel to ensure achieving the desired results
Develop sales strategies and techniques
Analyze the impact of short- and long-term effects on sales strategies
