- Ensure the smooth delivery and provide a high level of customer service to all event and function operations at the venue such as meetings, small functions and presentations.
- Co-ordinate & deliver all requirements of events/functions/presentations including: pre-event liaison, room setups, presenter orientation, servicing of hirer & catering needs during the event, room clean up and room reset.
- Setup/operation of basic audio visual requirements for events as required under the direction of Senior Venue Coordinator or Service Manager
- Act as Duty Officer for meetings, small functions and presentations as required outside of business hours, including acting as Chief Warden if required
