Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

• Make analysis to all problems & Complaint analysis
• Share the technical information with all department
• Allocate the Technicians between Service Centers
• Contact with the maintenance department
• Contact the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
• Collect all problems whether Software or hardware and send them to the Quality department in China
• Share the technical information with all department
• Publish all news related to the software
• Training the staff & perform Technical tests for newcomers
• Report to the manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Min 3-5 Years Experience in Maintenance
• V.good English language command.
• Solid Experience in Mobile Repairing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
