Support the development and conduct of the diagnostic evaluation, analysis and reporting of its results for grades four to nine at the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year, which will guide the design of the intervention program.
Contribute to the design of the initiative to revive blended/hybrid education for two years for grades four to nine to address educational loss and improve student learning based on relevant global and national standards and student performance indicators, and support it with successful experiences and initiatives currently implemented by the Ministry of Education and supported by many stakeholders, especially USAID Early Grade Reading and Arithmetic Project and One-Month Remedial Program 2021. The design of the intervention should implement a deliberate remedial education strategy for assessment through a Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach, and then adopting diagnostic and formative assessment methods and continuous total.as suchThe design of the intervention should build on lessons learned from early grade support and reference (the “Early Grades Reading and Arithmetic Project”) and consider extending it to grades four through nine as the Ministry of Education implements the new job description for the educational supervisor.The program design verifies adherence to the principles of inclusion and gender mainstreaming as a cross-cutting theme.
