CFO

Job Description

• Executive management job normally reporting to Group CEO.
• Oversee Finance & Control overall area, he leads efforts in Finance, budgeting, Tax, Accounting, Financial and Managerial reporting, information technology and the control environment.
• Plans and guides the financial resources of the company, develops and measures the results of company financial policies.
• Managing the process of financial forecasting and budgets and drive the company's financial planning.
• Analyzing the financial strength and weakness and proposing corrective action.
• Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
• Decide on investment strategies by considering ROI, in addition to cash & liquidity risks.
• Oversee the negotiation of vendor agreements, bids, contracts, and services to ensure optimum service and pricing.
• Ensuring compliance with the law and company’s policies and oversee taxation for the company.
• Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operation.
• Ensuring that the company’s financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• CFO works with other senior managers and plays a key role in company's overall successes especially in the long run.
• CFO Assist CEO forecasting in cost business analyses & funding requirements recourses.
• Strong interaction capabilities with the management team and external parties.
• The main task of the CFO is tosafeguardthe shareholders’ funds.

Job Requirements

• Preferred Master in Finance, Management.
• Has at least 20 to 25 years of experience in finance various aspects.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and techniques as well as great expertise of IFRS, internal control principles and closing/reporting processes.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• speak English fluently.
• Organized, dynamic, autonomous, you have a strategic vision and strong financial knowledge.
• Leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, team worker.
