Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

• Proceed with the Recruitment Process Internally and/or externally once receiving the requisition in attachment with the JD from the hiring manager
• Prepare and post job Ads externally through different recruitment channels (ex: websites, social networks, agencies, etc.)
• Collect & Screen CV's in alignment with the Hiring Manager, followed by the conduction of HR interviews and recommending a short list to the Hiring Manager for technical assessment.
• Manage Internal Transfers Procedures
• Maximize the CV Database with resumes of candidates that would fulfill the current and potential vacancies.
• Prepare and send job offers,pre-employment Medical Checkup letters & Hiring Documents letters to the offered candidates.
• Responsible for handling all related recruitment activities from sourcing/offering candidates until the onboarding experience

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience with at least 1 year in Recruitment.
• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Enrollment in an HR certificate or Diploma is a plus
