الوصف الوظيفي
- Deliver the required level of sustained top-line growth and develop and implement an integrated approach to sales and business development.
- Lead the development of a commercial strategy and fully support strategy development and execution
- Ensure sales performance management through utilization of tools and systems and to run professional sales and sales management, and deliver outstanding commercial performance.
- Work with other functional areas to develop unique products and services.
- Reviewing existing products, services and markets.
- Undertaking market research and analysis and producing business plans/recommendations (including all associated costs and forecasted revenue for the business), to ensure that all business development opportunities (new products, services and markets) are optimised.
- Reviewing and assessing the potential to develop strategic partnerships with sector specialists.
- Assessing the risks to the business of any new commercial opportunities.
