Job Description
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist withthe recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Assistwith performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Assistwith payroll processing.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Following up on employee’s attendance.
- Recording employee’s variables on ERP system.
- Collecting attendance entries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of Experiencein the same field.
- Very goodEnglish skills.
- Excellent command of MS office (Excel/Word) .
