- Prepare all the assigned cases as ECC, whether on electronic or paper format, according to the UNHCR ECC guidelines.
- Print all relevant documents and prepare the physical files.
- Enter the biodata into the ECC system and send the files to the Referral Doctor to enter the medical data.
- Prepare the ECC sheets to be submitted. The sheet should be ordered on the alphabetical order of the Diagnosis. The physical files should be arranged in the same order and numbered accordingly.
- Follow up on the ECC process.
- Archive the old and previous ECC records and files.
- Follow up and counseling the patient who gets approval or pending decisions, make sure that the master sheet is updated
