Preparing drafts of the followed instructions and rules and developing them periodically and effectively in proportion to the variables that occur in the work environment within the organization. Program projects for the policies and procedures of managing and developing human resources, discussing them with the direct official and working to implement them after approval.- Determining the committee's human resources needs in coordination with all organizational units in the committee, explaining the justifications for coordinates and job cancellations, setting priorities, setting up the schedule of formations and the necessary plans for that in accordance with human resource planning policies
