Senior HR Generalist

About the Job

• Determine the training needs of the institution’s employees in coordination with other departments and divisions to complete their planning and implementation procedures and evaluate their results
• Carrying out job analysis and job descriptions for new and created jobs and reviewing the job description annually to ensure that it matches reality
• Conducting and following up the KPI’s performance measurement for each department and confirming the inclusion of the performance measurement results monthly in a monthly or quarterly report addressed to the higher management.
• Ensure that all new hires pass the Induction Program
• Responsible for submitting a test for new employees after the 3-month probation period
• Doing an end-of-service interview with resigned workers
• Fill the vacant jobs according to the human needs plan with the required technical specifications and behavioral skills of the company
• Update the company’s employees’ data and make sure that they match the alpha system
• Planning, development, and implementation (mechanisms for evaluating the performance of the company's employees).
• Implementation of studies in the field of salaries.
• Appointing the required human cadres according to the budget set by the Board of Directors

Job Requirements

• Academic qualification: Higher qualification as a minimum
• Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Years of experience: 4 to 6 years of experience as a human resources specialist
