Operations Agents - Flights & Hotels Reservation

About the Job

• Receiving calls & calls back & following.
• Receiving and sending emails.
• Communicate between the units and the department.
• Sending reports

Flights Operations Agents:

• Issue – reissue – void - cancel - refund flights reservations
• Contact Airlines or ( Sabre & Amadeus )

Hotels Operations Agents:

• Create - amend - cancel hotels reservations.
• Contact the suppliers and the hotels.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or equivalent
• 2 - 4 years of experience using Sabre and amadeus
• Fresh Graduates of Tourism are welcome to apply
• Fluent in English
• Experience in Call center field is a plus
• Experience in Hotels or Flights Reservations is a must
• Excellent in GDS ( issue – reissue – void -cancel - refund ……) is a must
• Sabre users are highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience how to serve the clients over the phone
