- Receiving calls & calls back & following.
- Receiving and sending emails.
- Communicate between the units and the department.
- Sending reports
Flights Operations Agents:
- Issue – reissue – void - cancel - refund flights reservations
- Contact Airlines or ( Sabre & Amadeus )
Hotels Operations Agents:
- Create - amend - cancel hotels reservations.
- Contact the suppliers and the hotels.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or equivalent
- 2 - 4 years of experience using Sabre and amadeus
- Fresh Graduates of Tourism are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Call center field is a plus
- Experience in Hotels or Flights Reservations is a must
- Excellent in GDS ( issue – reissue – void -cancel - refund ……) is a must
- Sabre users are highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience how to serve the clients over the phone
