What We Need
You will be immersed in a dynamic and geographically distributed team working on diverse projects and products. Based inRiyadh Saudi Arabia you will support our largest client collaborating closely with our Delivery Manager and our Business Team members. Your responsibilities will encompass managing project teams prioritizing deliverables and fostering client relationships. Additionally you will play a pivotal role in identifying new leads growing customer accounts and handling presales activities.
You will be basedonsite at our customers premises in Riyadh KSA.
This role requiresfluent Arabic as well as proficient English language skills.
In this role you are expected to have some technical knowledge since you will be a liaison between the business team at Oivan and the technical team at the customer.
This is our sixth TPO that we are adding this year to our organisation so we are actively recruiting!
What Youll Do
Currently own and manage Product backlogs actively overseeing the development and launch of multiple services through comprehensive involvement in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Collaborate proactively in introducing and refining Product Owner roles contributing to the scaling of Agile methodologies and optimizing overall delivery efficiency.
Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) ensuring ongoing alignment of product roadmaps with overarching businessobjectives.
Lead communication initiatives among diverse teams and stakeholders fostering a cohesive environment for effective product alignment and .
Facilitate insightful workshops with crossfunctional teams streamline the process of requirement gathering and enhance collaborative efforts across various departments.
Drive continuous improvement byidentifyingopportunities to enhance product development processes and implementing best practices to ensure efficiency and quality.
Monitor andanalyzemarket trends competitor products and customer feedback to inform product strategy andmaintaina competitive edge.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers developers and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of usercentric design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
What You Have
- 5 years ofproduct ownershiporproject managementexperiencein the software development industry IT service managementor something similar. We encourage you to apply if you have less years of experience the number of years is to give an average benchmark.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to continuouslyacquirenew competencies and find creative solutions in response to changing priorities and needs.
- We want you to be organized in leading a project and within a professional setting to deliver highquality customer experience.
- Experience in creating technical reports and presentations for presales cases and followup reporting.
- Strong command in Arabic and English in writing and speaking.
- Familiarity with Jira (Confluence) for activity tracking tasksetting dashboards burndown and similar tools is preferred.
- PMP PSPOor an equivalent Agile certification (PSM 12 certification would be considered anasset.
