- Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) including user account management group policies and domain security configurations.
- Monitor and administer Microsoft Exchange Server ensuring email flow mailbox management and security policies are optimized.
- Oversee AD Audit and Compliance tracking user activities login attempts and securityrelated changes to maintain compliance and security standards.
- Perform regular system monitoring ensuring optimal performance availability and security of all Windows servers.
- Apply security updates patches and hotfixes to Windows servers and Microsoft services to maintain system integrity.

Active Directory (AD) Management:

Microsoft Exchange Server Administration:
- Experience in administering Microsoft Exchange Server including mailbox management email flow optimization and configuration of security policies.

Audit and Compliance Management:

Linux Server Administration:
- Knowledge of Linux server administration including system updates performance monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to open and track support tickets with vendor support teams for issue resolution.
Security and Access Control:

- Knowledge of rolebased access control (RBAC) and identity management principles.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
