الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD) including user account management group policies and domain security configurations.
- Monitor and administer Microsoft Exchange Server ensuring email flow mailbox management and security policies are optimized.
- Oversee AD Audit and Compliance tracking user activities login attempts and securityrelated changes to maintain compliance and security standards.
- Perform regular system monitoring ensuring optimal performance availability and security of all Windows servers.
- Apply security updates patches and hotfixes to Windows servers and Microsoft services to maintain system integrity.
- Manage backup and disaster recovery processes ensuring AD Exchange and critical server data are regularly backed up and recoverable.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system failures connectivity issues and service outages.
- Enforce access control policies by managing user permissions privileged accounts and security groups.
- Optimize performance and capacity planning for Microsoft servers ensuring resources are efficiently allocated.
- Administer Linux servers performing basic management tasks updates system monitoring where required open tickets with vendor support and handle them till they be solved.
- Ensure business continuity by implementing proactive monitoring failover solutions and highavailability strategies.
- Provide regular health and performance reports.

Technical Skills:
Active Directory (AD) Management:
- Strong experience in managing and maintaining Active Directory including user account management group policy administration and domain security configurations.
- Knowledge of AD replication trusts and DNS integration.

- Experience in administering Microsoft Exchange Server including mailbox management email flow optimization and configuration of security policies.

Audit and Compliance Management:
- Proficient in monitoring AD for audit and compliance purposes including tracking user activity login attempts and securityrelated changes.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics (ATA) or other auditing solutions.

Windows Server Administration:
- Deep understanding of Windows Server architecture including installation configuration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in applying security patches hotfixes and updates to ensure system integrity and security.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:
- Proven expertise in managing backup processes disaster recovery strategies and ensuring recoverability of critical data for AD Exchange and Windows servers.
- Experience with backup software and technologies (e.g. Veeam Acronis or Windows Server Backup).

Linux Server Administration:
- Knowledge of Linux server administration including system updates performance monitoring and basic troubleshooting.

- Experience enforcing access control policies managing user permissions privileged accounts and security groups.

Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis:
- Expertise in troubleshooting system failures connectivity issues and service outages across various systems.

Candidate Experience: To excel in this position, you will need to: Certification Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Identity and Services Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security Microsoft 365 Messaging Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert Technical Skills: Experience in same or similar technology: 5+ (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Windows Virtual Desktop) Experience being involved in different types of solution implementations Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware and software. Experience across different industry sectors. Good Experience with System center configuration manager. IT networking skills and experience Excellent understanding of Microsoft Modern workplace and Microsoft Security. Personal Skills: High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Being able to work on their own or in a team Being able to work to tight deadlines Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation Handling many tasks & responsibilities Fluent in Arabic and English.
