You role in tasks :
Taking tasks from the POC and MAC clusters to solve impediments or regular planning tasks by their self or in the back office of the service provider.
Creation and editing of link or site projects in Telefnicas planning tools (e.g. VPL LOSTest ISD)
Creation of order proposals in Telefnicas planning tools
Checking and correcting outstanding or incorrect service orders
Creation and editing of network element projects and site projects
Checking and correction of site plannings
Creation editing and correction of rack designs
Editing and correction of routing information e.g. plan routes
Analysis and resolution of missing preconditions for RAN rollout
Improving processes
Interworking in MAC/POCCluster
Qualifications :
Bac3/5 in network and telecom
Requirements for the SPOC Service
Minimum one SPOC per Region
Process knowledge of access connection planning
Knowledge of the planning specifications in the telecommunications sector
Knowledge of handling geographical coordinates
Familiarization with software that is used in Telefnica Germany Transport Planning e.g. usage of the following tools (list not conclusive): MSOffice incl. Visio iQ.Link APT software platform X:Akta software UTS software NetSite / Digis / NetSite DSM Software Platform
Experience with agile methods like Scrum and Spotify
Person must be able to make ones own decisions Tasks
