الوصف الوظيفي
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and requirements to promote company products that best satisfy their needs.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements to promote the sale of company products and to provide sales support.
Convey customer requirements to product development teams.
Plan and modify products to meet customer needs.
Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a sales engineer or in a technical sales role with at least 3 years of experience in HVAC refrigeration or a closely related field.
Strong technical background with an understanding of HVAC systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to relay complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong problemsolving skills and a creative approach to new challenges.
Persistent and resultsoriented.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
