الوصف الوظيفي

The Deputy Project Manager (DPM) is a key operational enabler supporting the clinical team in the delivery of the capability set out within the contract. The role is the key practical interface in the provision of personnel logistic and operational integration with external agencies.The DPMs assistance to the PM is critical for mission success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists the PM with: 
  • Administration related to staff matters including conduct and performance leave and rest duty rosters performance improvement plans pay and allowances travel security insurance coverage medical and general welfare.
  • Coordinating with interdisciplinary team members assuring compliance with project requirements deadlines and schedules.
  • Managing personnel inductions on site. 
  • Oversee facilities ongoing training program. 
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues. 
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards. 
  • Preparing status reports by gathering analyzing and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establishing project communication plans and ensuring effective . 
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies are implemented and adhered to. 
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients. 
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.
  • Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience preferably in a challenging geographical location. 
  • Experience of working in a busy medical clinic required. 
  • Medical background preferred. 
  • Overseas experience and contracting with DOD or DOS preferred. 

Key Skills: 

  • Demonstrable experience leading a large team of clinical and nonclinical staff. 
  • Knowledge of clinical administrative processes. 
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills. 
  • Accuracy and attention to details. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Excellent IT skills including use of electronic medical records systems. 
  • Computer skills and the ability to operate MS Office with Outlook Word and PowerPoint.  

Essential Capabilities: 

  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under highstress work conditions.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplined team with clinical and nonclinical personnel.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with personal and sensitive information.
  • Flexible and have the ability to cope with stressful situations. 
  • Results oriented and able to meet project deliverables.Other Special Qualifications: 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
  • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time. 

Other Special Qualifications:

  • Must be able to read write and speak English to effectively communicate. 
  • This position is unaccompanied.  
  • Ability to obtain a base security clearance is required. 
  • Must be able to relocate to Qatar for the duration of the contract.
  • A valid passport in Country of Record is required and must be in your possession prior to relocation. You must maintain a current passport during your stay in Qatar. 


Additional Information :

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
